  2. 性犯罪, Nonforcible: (Except Prostitution Offenses) Unlawful, nonforcible sexual 性交.

Examples of sexual assault include, but are not limited to, the following nonconsensual 性行为:

  4. penetration of an orifice (anal, vaginal, oral) with the penis, finger or other object;

性剥削 occurs when a person takes non-consensual or abusive sexual advantage of another for his or her own advantage or benefit, or to benefit or advantage anyone 除了被剥削的那个.

Examples of sexual exploitation can include, but are not limited to, the following 行为:
